Yes it's true WhatsApp video calling feature.Thought it hasn't been released publicly yet but a person can test. It is easy to activate video call feature.

How can i activate video calling feature?

-> A person should download the given .APK below in order to activate it,but as i said you can not place a video chat for now it would give you a error.

What kind of error?

-> It will give you a error saying "Couldn't place call, Video calling is unavailable at this time.
