1. Sign into Facebook account, in m.facebook.com go to status/comments box.
2. Copy: @[1: ]@@[1:[0:1: XYZ]] ; replace XYZ by your desired text.
3. Hit Post.
4. After posting, you may go back to desktop site; www.facebook.com

If this does not works, replace step 2 by typing the phrase you want, with # before it, and blanks as underscore '_'.
