How to take a phone backup on computer

Phone Backup:

Phone is really important in today's modern era. Now-a-days technology is must for all of us. We use phone for many purposes, like gaming, business, etc. We have a lot of information stored in our phone, which in many cases is vital for us.

We always have a fear, what will happen if our phone gets misplaced, or damaged, or even robbed.

In this case, our valuable information in phone gets away from us, forever in some cases. For people who use phone for business purpose, this is their worst nightmare. So, we are here with a solution in this article. If you have a backup in computer or cloud, you don't need to fear of such cases.

1) Backup one by one on computer:

First we will backup contacts. Go to contacts app and export all contacts to SD card. Use a USB cable to backup the data on computer. Attach the USB cable to your computer. In computer, click "Open folder to view files...". Copy the "Contacts" folder to your computer. Similarly, copy each and every thing (like audio, video, photos, SMS etc) onto computer.

2) Backup all in one go: 

For this purpose, you can use third parties like WonderShare MobileGo, Helium, etc.

3) Backup on cloud: 

On your phone, go to Settings>>Accounts and Sync. Under accounts, check "auto-sync data". Tap Google, enter your Gmail ID you used in mobile. Go to Settings>>Backup and Reset. Check "Back up my Data". Select the account for backup.
