How to Protect Yourselves from Keylogger

Nowadays , We could here about scams & scandals in Facebook or other Social Media. Mostly about hacking accounts and posting unwanted pictures and posts.

People believe these so called hackers easily & Get scammed . But would you like to be safe & away from these scams ? 



As a white hat hacker (One who do hacking for good) , I'm sharing some tips which you can use to be safe in the cyber.

The methods :

1) Keylogger (Highly Dangerous ) 

A) For example , You are talking with someone , That you met in the cyber. They give you a image or a small file , You download it & open it , Then you would use it. 
But you would never know there is a small file behind it. It would automatically leak all your information including your PAN Card , Credit Card etc. 

B) How to be safe from this method ?
   Answer is simple , ALL YOU NEED IS COMMON SENSE
  When you get files like this , You shall make sure its from some one who knows you very well &  Do not open files by strangers. As simple as that.
Do not download unwanted pictures given by people , or do not download files which you do not know much information.

2) Do not click on Un Wanted links.

Do a VirusTotal Scans Before Opening That application/Downloading.To be protected a person should do a virus total scan to be safe
